HOW TO USE FIRST BEFORE YOUR TRAINING OR GAME

This is a question we get often and are happy to answer. To fully understand how FIRST works, here is a little explanation.

 

Scientific research (Ref 1.) shows that caffeine from chewing gum works faster than caffeine from pills, energy drinks or coffee. This science is the basis for the creation of FIRST.

The effect is about the immediate and long-lasting energy boost from caffeine and B vitamins, which therefore has nothing to do with sugar. FIRST is sugar-free. Products containing sugar such as gels, dextrose tablets, or energy drinks all work for a very short time followed by the so-called dip or 'sugar dip'. Exactly what you don't want during the moment of performance. FIRST works differently, but how? 

Fast absorption of the right amount of caffeine

The 80mg of caffeine in FIRST is fully absorbed through the mucous membranes in your mouth within 10 minutes. We took great care to ensure quality - the gum will easily last an hour - but for the uplifting effect, chewing for 10 minutes is enough. 

How and when is it best to take FIRST? 

  • Take FIRST 10 minutes before your game or workout
  • The energy boost works for a long time, up to 5 to 6 hours
  • If you still need more energy after 10 minutes of chewing, you can always take a 2nd gum.
  • Feel how much you need and when as the effect of caffeine is different for each individual.

    Top athletes use FIRST just before their games or heavy workouts. In doing so, they like to have FIRST on hand.
